We just drove through without camping or picnicking, but it's a beautiful place that is clean and welcoming with beautiful camp sites which include electrical outlets.
Camp hosts are nice, showers work, but aren't the prettiest. There are places to get water from all over the campaite. There is a dump station but it has closed written in pen on it so who knows if it's really closed or not. The views from all directions are beautiful. Close to dollar store and valley market.
Simple, adequate facilities. Power poles are at front of sites, limiting camper location unless you have a really long cable. Fairly inexpensive. Close to great library facilities.
Love the view. The paved track is great for young biker's.
Quite awesome views and a park walking distance just follow the hiking trail. Awesome to hike around they also allow dogs. Very clean camp ground always see workers out here cleaning and keeping this place nice. Its cheap has showers and dollar store and gas station are only 3 miles away.
