Wonderful camping experience! I suggest a 4x4 with some decent ground clearance, but there is enough side of the road parking and you can walk in to the camp sites. The camp sites themselves are fairly clean and decently maintained, considering it's dispersed camping. Highly recommend it! Very close to Bishop Castle too!

Beautiful little jewel of a lake/campground hidden in the mountains ! Very clean, well spaced campsites, with picnic tables and fire rings. Well behaved dog friendly, clean restrooms in camp by the lake
Beautiful land! Love visiting these beautiful mountainous areas! Climbed Mt Princton late September 2017 and the conditions were awesome!
Really great place to camp. lots of rocks to check out. Cool collecting spots for Peridot and some Gold in the rivers and creeks. Had a Fun time!
